Estimator

We are seeking an Estimator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques - however, this is not a requirement.

Our client is a large Multidisciplinary Contractor and this position is in the roofing arm of the business.

Requirements:

1.

Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of roofing systems, materials, installation methods, and industry standards.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex project requirements and specifications.

3.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members.

4.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost estimates and project documentation.

5.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant computer applications.

6.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

7.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

8.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or professional training in roofing estimation may also be advantageous
