Salary – £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience

About the Company

Based in Hampshire, the company are a long established and highly respected M&E Building Services Contractor operating within the Commercial and Residential sectors providing a full range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design through to installation. As a result of continuous growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience to join the team.

Key Responsibilities, Experience, Skills and Desirable Qualifications:

* Working alongside the Commercial Director

* Assist Preparation of variations

* Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts

* Cost reports

* Applications for payments

* Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Building Services sector experience is not essential)

* Good communication and IT skills

* Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (HNC, HND or Degree)
