Experienced Administrator required for a leading housing association in the Solihull region. You will be working within the Housing Options department on a 6 month contract.
You will be part of a customer focused housing options team providing a wide range of advice to customers via email and phone. You will input and manage information by using spreadsheets.
You must have previous administration experience including experience in managing emails and phone enquiries.
You must have at least 4 GCSE's grade C or above
Desirable you would hold an NVQ in business administration or Customer Care or equivalent.
Location: B37 6
Hours: Monday - Friday, up to 40 hours.
Pay Rate: £18.00 - £20.00 (dependant on experience)
Duration: ASAP start lasting for 6 months.
