You must have a valid UK drivers license, your patch will cover Manchester/Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs:

* Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure the optimal performance of air conditioning systems.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.

* Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.

* System Testing and Commissioning:

* Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of newly installed or repaired air conditioning systems to ensure they meet performance criteria.

* Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the commissioning process.

* Quality Assurance and Compliance:

* Ensure all work complies with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, services performed, and system performance data.

Customer Service and Support:

* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable air conditioning solutions.

* Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

* Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of their air conditioning systems.

* Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and best practices in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.

* Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar role.

* Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

* Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
