Role Overview:
As a Sales Office Administrator in the waste management sector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls and emails, and providing general administrative support to streamline business processes.
Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in administration, with experience in tasks such as sales/purchase ledger, finance, client liaison, and stock ordering. While experience in waste operations is advantageous, candidates with a background in companies dealing with technical product/service information or providing contracted services will also be considered. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel (including look-ups and pivot tables), is essential. Candidates with a track record of streamlining processes and enhancing administrative support within previous roles are highly desirable.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Strong administration background with exposure to various facets such as sales/purchase ledger, finance, client liaison, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (look-ups, pivot tables, etc.)
Experience in waste management operations preferred, but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Typing skills and attention to detail
Previous Titles May Include: Administration Manager, Office Supervisor, Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Administration Team Leader
