Description

The Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for:

Matching, batching, and coding purchase invoices
Processing credit notes
Following up with any missing invoices
Statement reconciliations
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with suppliers
GRNI Analysis
Query resolution
Financial administrationProfile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

A proven track record within a busy accounts payable department
AAT L2 or above (desirable)
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel and accounting software.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work to deadlines.
Relevant qualifications in Accounting & Finance. Job Offer
