Igloo are currently seeking Vehicle Administrators to work for our client in Portbury. Our client is one of the UK’s largest and most prestigious automotive and logistics company, and successful candidates can expect to play an essential role in their day-to-day operations.

The Role:

* General administration duties

* Booking vehicles with customers for delivery

* Monitoring the vehicle when it’s out for delivery

* Dealing with the transport departments and outside hauliers

* Chasing proof of deliveries

* Dealing with any query that the dealer has

* Processing any warranty claims

What kind of person we are looking for?

* Administration experience

* Experience using Microsoft excel is a must

* Strong communication skills, as you will be speaking and emailing customers and internal departments

* Well organised
