Working Hours: School Hours (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
SIMS Management: Maintain and update the school's SIMS (School Information Management System) database.
Excel Proficiency: Use Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting to support school operations.
Parent Pay Administration: Manage Parent Pay transactions, ensuring smooth processing of payments and resolving any issues.
General administrative duties including handling inquiries, filing, and assisting with school events.
Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to support the school's administrative needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a school administrative role preferred.
Proficient in SIMS, Excel, and Parent Pay systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
