A successful multi-functional construction company, working in the Utilities and Surfacing sectors for over 25 years. Success has been achieved over the years through investing back within the business and their employees, together with providing a first class service to their clients within the public and private sectors. They have an excellent reputation for the training and development programmes in place and actively encourage progression within.

Quantity Surveyor/Junior

Due to this continued growth they are now seeking to add an additional Quantity Surveyor to their team to grow within the business. This position is open to a Graduate in Quantity Surveying or someone with 6 months plus experience, degree not necessary) looking for continued support to learn and grow within an experienced commercial team.

You will:

* HNC/Degree qualified – Advantageous but not essential

* For non-Graduates, experience within a UK Contractors as a Quantity Surveyor

* Have excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Able to work well alone or within a team

* Computer literate, confident and motivated with a strong desire to achieve

* A stable work history.

* Have an excellent attitude to learn, develop and progress

* Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Romford

* Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a successful contractor that provides on-going training and development programmes together with career advancement.

Salary: £28k - £40k Depending on experience
