Our client, a leading local education provider are seeking a HR Advisor to help administer HR policies and process. The position will involve managing a small administration team, whilst also being responsible for recruitment processes and procedures. You will report into a HR Business Partner and work as part of a wider HR team, who are based across multiple sites.
As the ideal candidate you will: -
* Have a solid understanding of HR policies and processes
* Be comfortable managing a small team
* Be able to prioritise your work and communicate work flow effectively to team members
* Have a good understanding of various Word and Excel and be comfortable working on HR Information systems
