PM Group requires a project manager with experience of biopharmaceutical projects to lead a client team in Central London.
Responsibilities
路 Ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and within budget.
路 Presenting business cases, seeking board approval, securing funding.
路 Delivering capital investment projects in accordance to portfolio schedules and budgets.
路 Working alongside existing client engineers, managers, and directors.
路 Leading the multidisciplinary project team through all stages of the projects from concept to construction and handover.
路 Managing risk and change, securing additional budget as required.
路 Working alongside third party contractors and offering input into process design and installation.
路 Ensuring the delivery of projects in a way that is compliant with EU and UK health and safety regulations, as well as client procedures and protocols.
路 Reporting metrics to the site leadership team.
Qualifications
* Applicants will have experience of managing top tier biopharmaceutical projects from inception to completion and handover.
* The successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly at all levels (including interpreting and explaining complex technical aspects to non-technical or non-expert audiences).
Off-Payroll Working Rules: This role is believed to be outside IR35
