My client is seeking two Housing Inclusion Project Officers to support the development of high-quality, affordable housing for residents aged 55+. The roles involve promoting new housing schemes, providing advice on affordability, facilitating viewings, and ensuring smooth application processes.

The Role
·Promote new housing schemes to tenants aged 55+.
·Serve as a point of contact for interested individuals.
·Provide advice on affordability and income maximization.
·Facilitate visits and viewings of new schemes.
·Liaise with operational teams for application assessments and move-ins.
·Record outcomes of interactions and inform future housing decisions.
·Assist in repurposing vacated dwellings to meet the needs of homeless and younger households.

The Ideal Candidate
·Experience in housing management.
·Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
·Understanding of housing allocation criteria (training provided).
·Ability to assess affordability and provide income maximization advice.
·Ability to manage expectations and convey difficult information respectfully.
