About the Role of a Senior Quantity Surveyor:

As an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and department heads working on various projects throughout the region.

You will take ownership for the development and implementation of all pre and post contract procedures and reporting.

Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Contribute to the project commercial strategies and take ownership for your own subcontract packages.
Maximise project cashflow by effective commercial management.
Contribute to the relevant project procurement strategies with particular focus on the issuing of tender enquiries, package reconciliations and production of subcontract orders, whilst working with the Commercial Lead to agree accounts.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

This role is perfect for someone who has real ambition and can work in a fast-paced environment looking for the next step.
A degree/equivalent qualification (HNC/HND/BSC Quantity Surveying)
Experience in a Tier 1 background.
