We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all electrical, HVAC, and other systems within our facilities. As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical systems, including but not limited to lighting, power distribution, motors, and control panels.

2. HVAC Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

3. Reactive Maintenance: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.

4. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair various types of equipment and machinery, including generators, pumps, and other mechanical systems.

6. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols, and promote a culture of safety among team members.

7. Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment manuals.

8. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and implement appropriate measures to enhance maintenance operations.

10. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs and services.

Qualifications:

* Fully qualified electrician with relevant certification(s).

* Extensive experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.

* Proven track record in reactive maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively under pressure.

* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.

* Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance operations.

* Leadership experience preferred, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

* Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

* Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

* Flexibility to work non-standard hours and respond to emergency situations as needed
