Working as an integral part of the finance team, the position holder will be responsible for assisting the finance team in the production & running of all financial matters limited.

Role responsibilities:

Assist FM in preparation of monthly management accounts and monthly management reporting.
Bank reconciliations.
Customer accounts reconciliations
Supplier account reconciliations
Credit control - reconciling trade customer accounts & chasing trade customers for payment.
Ensuring payments, amounts & records are correct.
Managing sales, purchase ledgers & journals
Assist in processing day to day transactions.
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in working in a finance role.
An understanding of double entry bookkeeping.
Working towards being fully qualified or part qualified (Support Options available - CIMA, ACCA, AAT)
Enjoys & experienced working in high paced environment.
Experienced with bank reconciliations.
Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal and skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong IT skills across MS office, in particular excel (Pivot tables & V lookups)
Well organised and flexible to meeting the requirements of the job
High attention to detail
