About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is available due to the retirement of a valued colleague, and we are excited to find someone who can bring fresh energy and ideas to our school. As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to our Year 3 and Year 4 students. With a class size of approximately 30 students, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their educational journey. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about creating an inspiring learning environment and committed to supporting each child’s individual needs.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching Key Stage 2.
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience or a keen interest in working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
