About the role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialization in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from £85 to £100 per day.

The role involves providing vital support to students experiencing depression and other SEMH challenges. This role is vacant due to expansion, reflecting our commitment to providing comprehensive support to all students. You'll be part of a collaborative and compassionate team, making a real difference in the lives of our students.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with students with SEMH needs, particularly depression.

• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to support students' emotional well-being

• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and SEN best practices.

• Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with depression and SEMH needs.

• Implementing personalised intervention plans in collaboration with the SEN team.

• Supporting the emotional and social development of students through targeted activities and interventions.

• Collaborating with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
