Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality teaching to students with special needs within a supportive school environment in Tower Hamlets.
Designing and implementing individualised education plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
Collaborating closely with fellow educators, parents, and specialists to ensure the holistic development of students.
Providing guidance and support to colleagues on effective strategies for teaching students with special needs.
Engaging with external agencies and professionals to access additional support for students when necessary.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Special Needs Teacher, preferably within a special needs school or similar setting.
Comprehensive understanding of various special needs conditions and effective teaching strategies.
Strong ability to manage classroom dynamics and adapt teaching approaches to suit individual student needs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders.This school is dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with special needs in Tower Hamlets.
