Site Engineer – Civils Project

📍 Location: Exeter, EX2
💼 Contract: Initial 3 months with potential for extension
💰 Rate: £300 - £350 per day
📅 Start Date: 19th August

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join a prestigious Tier 1 contractor for a high-profile civils project in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a significant project with a leading contractor, with the possibility of extension or transitioning to other projects upon completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Quality Assurance: Oversee and ensure high standards of quality on site.

* Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs): Manage and implement ITPs effectively.

* Setting Out: Accurate setting out of works in accordance with plans.

* Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

* Issuing Permits: Issue permits and manage site safety and compliance.

* Additional Duties: Carry out all other tasks associated with the role of a Site Engineer.

Key Requirements:

* Qualifications: Civil Engineering Degree.

* Certifications: CSCS (essential), SMSTS and First Aid (desirable).

* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the civils sector.
