The Social Care Community Partnership are currently recruiting for a Social Worker for Adult Servives/ Learning Disabilities in Orkney
Salary: £25 - £30 ph PAYE and accrued Holidays and Pension
Duration - from asap for 3 months then it will be reviewed
Accommodation costs will be provided for by the council and council tax will also be paid by the council if you have a permanent residence elsewhere
Travel costs for the Ferry to and from Orkney will also be paid by the council.
The working week is generally 9am -5pm.
Qualifications and experience:
You must have a Social Work Degree and have had post qualified experience of wotking in statutory settings
Being a driver is essential as you willl need to travel on the Island as well
