We have a role working for a local authority on a BRAND NEW CONTRACT completing day to day reactive maintenance repairs in occupied domestic properties. 

Responsibilities for the Plumber Multi role:

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.

Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.

Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.

Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

VAN AND FUEL PROVIDED (NEED VALID DRIVING LICENCE) 

You will be working across the Hammersmith and Fulham area, West London, working alongside some very skilled people of the trade, an NVQ or CITY AND GUILDS is needed with proof of completion.
