Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Blackfriars
Salary: £40,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Are you a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Our client in Blackfriars is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. If you have experience in performing PPMs and reactive maintenance in a commercial office environment, this could be the perfect role for you
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks
Work on AHUs (Air Handling Units) and FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
Conduct maintenance and testing on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and sprinkler systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Strong knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and sprinklers
Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (18th Edition Wiring Regulations + C&G Level 3 2365 Electrical Installations)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
