We are a Global Manufacturing organisation based in Barry are currently looking to recruit an inventory coordinator to work on a full time basis 40 hours per week.

The Inventory Coordinator will join our busy team here in Barry. As the Inventory Coordinator you will have impeccable communication skills, have excellent analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform daily activities and duties within your role. You will be managing the Maintenance Repair and Operating Supplies also known as MRO.

Duties Include:

Assists the business in articulating the business departments supply strategy.
Supports Material Master Data Management, Expandable Consumable Material Management Process (ECMMP), Slow Moving and Obsolete Part Management and Investment Recovery.
Executes Order Recommendation process. Analyses, establishes and manages MRO inventory levels. Maintains departments inventory records and parameters.
Handles reservations and back orders for depts inventory items and executes the inventory replenishment's.
Analyses surplus/obsolete materials or equipment and initiates investment recovery process.
Monitors supplier performances regarding time lines and completeness of deliveries.
Support site functions in the management and replenishment of inventory.
Acts as problem solver for technical aspects on MRO materials.Experience

Maintenance, manufacturing or other related experience.
