EPMO Co-Ordinator

3 months contract (INSIDE IR35)

Bristol (1 day onsite every week)

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the project, programme, portfolio governance controls from a 'top down' approach. Working as the conscious of the project to ensure that they are delivered to the Mitie standard.

EPMO Co-Ordinator role oversees the administration needs of projects and programmes to support overall governance and effective performance management.

Reporting

Challenging the project manager key messages and information. Ensuring it makes sense and is accurateContinuous Improvement

Skills required:

Proven working working in a EPMO set up
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project Online
Power BI knowledge essentialMain Duties:
