A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Manager to join a well regarded, top tier main contractor's power business covering a portfolio of 12 projects across Aberdeenshire. The role promises job security with a pipeline of secured work stretching to 2032, excellent career prospects with a planned career path to Head of Commercial, hybrid working, great work life balance and a generous salary & supporting package outlined below.

The Senior Commercial Manager will be managing a portfolio of 12 projects across Aberdeenshire and with a combined value of >£2bn. As the Senior Commercial Manager, you'll be tasked with developing a site based team, working closely with the client and various stakeholders and taking on a high level strategic role across the portfolio. This role promises to be a fantastic introduction into the business which in turn will put you in an excellent position to take your career towards a Head of Commercial position and beyond.

The Senior Commercial Manager will need to be have a proven track record of working within the power, utilities or heavy civil engineering sectors and a solid understanding of the NEC suite of contracts. You'll need excellent communication skills and be driven and keen to develop and progress your career. You'll also need to be able to commute to the projects 3-4 days a week - a 90 minute drive North from Glasgow.

The Senior Commercial Manager will be offered a competitive salary & package which includes:

Starting salary of £90,000 to £100,000
