Civil Design Engineer - All levels - Stafford (Hybrid work available for senior level staff)

Our client is a leading Civil Engineering consultancy that works across Stadia, Residential and Commercial UK projects. Due to an increase in projects and an excellent pipework of work, they now require to recruit Civil Design Engineers at all levels, from Junior through to Director. All levels will be considered.

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and detail-orientated Civil Design Engineers to join an exciting and growing engineering team. The ideal candidate(s) will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing various civil engineering projects from conception through to completion.

Engineers must normally be able to design sites start to finish using flow/microdrainage, PDS and ACAD, also have ability to deal with clients and S104, S38, S278 processes

Key Responsibilities (Vary depending on level):

* Analyse survey reports, maps, and other data to plan and design projects.

* Prepare and review engineering plans and drawings using design software.

* Ensure project feasibility through assessment of potential risks, materials, and costs.

* Provide technical support during the construction phase to ensure compliance with design specifications.

* Coordinate with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

* Comply with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards.

Qualifications (Vary depending on level):

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

* Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.

Skills (dependant on level):

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent project management and supervision abilities.

* Proficient in site layout

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience (dependant on level):

* Proven working experience in civil engineering.

* Familiarity with design and visualisation software.

* Experience in conducting on-site investigations and data analysis
