Job Title: HGV Technician

Location: Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire

Working Hours: Night shift 4 days on 4 days off

Salary: Up to £58,000 DOE

Join my clients transport organisation in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire as a HGV Technician for their night shift. My is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to ensure the maintenance and repair of their fleet of heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to the highest standards.

Conduct inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs during night shifts.
Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance tasks on a variety of HGVs.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently and effectively.
Follow manufacturer's guidelines and company procedures for all repairs and maintenance tasks.
Complete accurate paperwork and records for all work carried out.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the workshopExperience essential for this role:

Level 3 qualified in HGV maintenance and repair.
Previous experience working as an HGV Technician, preferably in a similar role.
Possession of an IRTEC licence is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
