Hybrid Working - Second Charge Advisor - Manchester - £33,000 - Plus Bonus
Tallgrass Recruitment are pleased to bring to market a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor position for an award-winning Industry leading financial services company based in Manchester. Due to recent growth within the business, they are looking for 3 experienced Second Charge Mortgage Advisors to join their busy team.
Responsibilities
* Proactively contact a portfolio of fact-find leads generated through our online second charge mortgage platform.
* Assess customer applications and provide high-quality, tailored recommendations in line with the clients Compliance and Training & Competence Procedures.
* Offer informed advice on second charge mortgage options using their innovative in-house software.
* Stay updated with industry regulations and lender criteria to ensure accurate guidance.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with case managers to support customer applications.
* Contribute to enhancing customer experience by suggesting and implementing new ideas and processes.
Requirements
* CeMAP qualification with at least 2 years of sales experience.
* Driven by targets and dedicated to achieving positive customer outcomes.
* Committed to providing exceptional customer experiences, fostering long-term loyalty.
* Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and procedures.
* Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Willingness to work shifts to meet evolving customer needs.
