The role of Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:
* To perform Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Re-inspection surveys and other activities associated with the identification and management of asbestos containing materials
* Data collection, including photographs whilst on site
* Maintain and update reference documentation including ACOPS
* Carry out air monitoring, analyse samples and accurately record results
* To carry out validation following removal works in accordance with requirements
* Report analytical finds and keep accurate records on site events
* Ensure appropriate storage and retention of samples
The requirements for the Asbestos Surveyor Analyst role:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst role with experience working with clients in sectors such as domestic, residential, commercial & healthcare
* You will hold P402, P403 & P404 qualifications
* Experience with the housing sector would be an advantage
* You will be comfortable working independently with excellent customer service skills
* Computer literate and able to use a tablet and other IT equipment to schedule site visits
* Full right to work in the UK without requiring any Visa sponsorship
* A full UK driving license is required with the ability to travel outside of territory when required
