Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&E Project Manager with a strong electrical bias . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Lead and manage M&E projects with a focus on electrical engineering, from planning through to execution and handover.

* Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and oversight on electrical installations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

* Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

* Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all project phases.

* Team Coordination: Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

* Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary.

* Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

* Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, issues, and next steps.

Requirements:

* Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

* Experience: Proven experience in project management within the M&E sector, with a strong electrical engineering bias.

* Certifications: Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable.

* Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations.

* Project Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.

* Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

* Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project sites as required
