Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Mobile Water Technician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Mobile Water Technician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Water Technician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Water Technician, will be responsible for:
* Testing, servicing, and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves along with basic plumbing works where required.
* Carrying out water system cleaning.
* Disinfection in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.
* Conduct a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties.
* Document these samples in line with company procedures.
* Capable of maintaining customers waterlog books.
* Completing the necessary documentation according to current guidelines and company policy.
* Completing a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, minor plumbing.
* Electro / mechanical tasks to meet clients' requirements.
To be successful for this Mobile Water Technician role you must have:
* Previous experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Hygiene Treatment.
* Knowledge and experience in maintaining water systems are desirable.
* Have a full current driving licence.
* Have basic IT skills (Microsoft package).
* Must have excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
