Here at Hospo, we are currently seeking a skilled and organized Production Chef to join our client's team, focusing on prep work for their restaurant operations.

As a Production Chef, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients and dishes that meet high standards. You will ensure the kitchen operates smoothly by providing consistent and timely prep work, and supporting our chefs in delivering exceptional meals to guests. A valid UK driver's license is essential for this role as you will also be responsible for transporting supplies between locations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare ingredients and dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes

* Ensure consistent quality and presentation of prepped items

* Maintain a clean and organized prep area

* Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stock control

* Transport supplies and ingredients between locations as required

* Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring food safety standards are met

* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth operations

* Assist in other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Production Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting

* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong communication and teamwork abilities

* Valid UK driver's license

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
