Hours: Full Time – 40 hours a week

DeepRoot develops green infrastructure to enhance urban forests and surrounding watersheds in the built environment, prioritising soil, stormwater (SuDS), and sustainable infrastructure. Our Silva Cell and Marino Cell products are low-impact development (LID) solutions, creating optimal conditions for city tree growth and on-site stormwater management. Headquartered in the USA, with local manufacturing and offices in the UK, USA, and Canada, DeepRoot has more than four decades of experience building green communities and nurturing thousands of blocks of urban streetscapes around the world.

Skills:

* Proven experience in a similar role

* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

* Able to work in a small team.

Job Description Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

*

* Reception duties: Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and direct them to the relevant colleagues.

* Register opportunities and create quotations using our Salesforce CRM system (in both GBP and Euro currencies).

* Send tender packages to customers, with an understanding of construction drawings.

* Obtain transport costs for quotations.

* Maintain accurate project and contact information within the pipeline in Salesforce.

* Follow up on quotations, sales queries, sales orders, and shipping needs.

* Organising CPD/lunch-and-learn sessions, and trade shows.

* Support the sales team as needed.

* Arrange pre-contract meetings and provide site support when required.

Operations:

* Coordinate with the UK Operations team and the USA office on shipping schedules and inventory requirements.

* Assist with Operations cover: process purchase orders, book shipments, raise invoices, conduct credit checks and make invoice collection calls.

Marketing Support:

*

* Run contact reports from Barbour/Salesforce to facilitate mail drops by the marketing team.

* Assist in the day-to-day management of tradeshows (collate materials and arrange delivery).

Any other additional duties that arise.

Benefits:

* Paid holiday of 15 days per year of service, or 10 hours per month, with accrual from your date of hire, Annual office shut down at end of the year. Participation in the Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) scheme as required by UK Law. 8 paid Bank holidays per calendar year. 1 Bonus Birthday paid holiday (to be taken within a few days of birthday)

* Workplace pension. After 90 days from start date

* Travel reimbursement into London for meetings
