We have many vacancies within Customer Service and Administration – suitable for those wanting to gain experience in an office environment

If you are looking to earn some extra money this Summer and are happy to work in a temporary seasonal role, then we want to hear from you. No interview is necessary, inductions are booked upon receipt of application.

Start: Positions running from May through to December

Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge

Warehouse Hours: 36.25 hours per week, 8.55 – 17.10 Monday – Friday

Hourly Rate: £11.44 Per Hour + Holiday Pay (Overtime is paid at £17.16 for anything above 36.5 hours)

Customer Service / Administration Duties:

* Answering the telephone dealing with multiple customer enquiries

* Constructing emails to customers dealing with enquires and complaints

* Updating the CRM system accordingly

* Processing of sales orders

* Processing high volume emails
