Nottighill Genesis Housing Association are looking for an experienced Property Manager for a 4 month temporary role.

The successful candidate will manage a patch of 200 units that will be sold in the coming months.

As well as assisting with the sale, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to our customers across your patch. You will have the required authority, skill and support to creatively address the needs of your customers

* Being a dedicated one point of contact for your customers

* Delivering operational performance against targets and KPI's

* Delivering an excellent service on budget

* Ordering and managing repairs and maintenance

* Carrying our property and estate inspections

* Managing tenancy issues

* Arrears management, income collection and reporting

* Compliance - legislative, industry and H&S

Pay rate is £19.38 per hour PAYE
