Workshop Welder Pipefitter – TIG **

Location: Manchester

6-month initial contract

£23 P/h PAYE or Umbrella

Workshop Based /Engineering /Stainless Steel

Business Overview:

Our client is a leading UK Engineering, projects, and installations company, managing large EPC projects for major blue chip FMCG manufacturers UK wide. They are recruiting for skilled Welder Pipefitters, offering an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension

They are looking for several Welder Pipefitters to join their team on a contract basis for an initial 6-month contract.

The Role of Site Welder Pipefitter includes:

Read and work from technical engineering drawings within a workshop setting
Prepping jobs up
Working on stainless steel pipework on process plant
A high standard of TIG welding required
All stainless-steel work required
Working to workshop safety protocols and regulations
The successful Site Welder Pipefitter will need the following attributes:

Time served Pipefitter Welder
Preferable experience in the food and beverage process industry

Site Safety (CSCS) would be beneficial for occasional site installation
Supply own Weld mask
Proven track record of workshop pipefitting and site installation projects
Pro-active, driven, Team payer, organised
