Earthworks Foreman

Position Overview: TM Green Group are seeking a qualified Earthworks Foreman to oversee and manage earthworks projects for our client. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise earthworks activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

* Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success.

* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.

* Collaborate with project stakeholders to coordinate resources and resolve issues as they arise.

* Maintain accurate records of work activities, materials used, and personnel hours.

* Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.

Qualifications:

* 4 years of experience in earthworks or related construction field.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.

* Valid driver's license

* SSSTS Qualification
