Are you a qualified school teacher? Are you seeking your next role within education?

Empowering Learning are working alongside an excellent SEND provision in Long Eaton. The school are looking to appoint a teacher. This role will be paid to scale and will be on a full time basis until at least December, with a view to permanency.

The main duties within the role will be:

Planning and delivering lessons in line with the English curriculum
Differentiating sessions to meet the range of needs within the class
Delivering Teaching sessions to a range of SEND/PMLD pupils
Liaising with parents and carers around progress of the pupils
Engaging the children in lessons through dynamic teaching
Offering ideas towards the wider goals of the school The school are looking for someone who:

Has a good understanding of SEND
Posesses qualified teacher status within the UK
Can build relationships with children
Will be able to engage the children in lessons
Has excellent classroom control and behaviour management In return, the school can offer:
