A luxury, brand new, 6 bedded care home in the Staffordshire area who opened in 2023 is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RNLD) to work as a Night Nurse providing skilled nursing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. This is a permanent, night shift position, requiring a minimum commitment of 3 nights per week.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to residents during the overnight hours, including administration of medications, monitoring of vital signs, and responding to emergencies
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of each resident
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all nursing interventions and resident status
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care
• Demonstrate a caring and supportive manner when interacting with residents and their families
• Uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism

Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RNLD) with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and take appropriate action in emergency situations
• Named Nurse experience preferred

Compensation:
•£18.50 per hour for Staff Nurse position
•£19.50 per hour for Senior Nurse position
• Night shift hours are 12:25 hours
