Role: Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant (TA) / Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire
Salary: £85 - £110 per day
Start Date: September 24
Contract Type: Long-term, with the potential for a permanent role after a successful trial period

Consistency: Offer a steady and supportive presence, fostering a stable environment that encourages student growth and success.

Requirements:

Passion for Behaviour Support: A strong commitment to working with students who have challenging behaviours, with a focus on creating positive outcomes.
Experience: Previous experience in supporting students with behavioural needs is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided.
Commitment: A dedication to working with the school for at least the current academic year, ensuring consistency and stability for the students.
