We have been mandated by a well-funded privately owner developer based in South London to strengthen their forthcoming pipeline with an autonomous Land Buyer / Manager who can bring a track record of securing option sites ranging from 5-50 units across the South Home Counties. Reporting to the MD, you will have full responsibility of the land acquisition process including the implementation of systems and processes, bring agency relationships and the ability to meet and build rapport with potential vendors. A competitive salary and commission scheme is available for the right candidate
