Role: Assistant Upload Planner
Salary: £15-£16 p/h
Location: Shepherd's Bush/ Hybrid

Our client, a leading online luxury retailer, is seeking an Assistant Upload Planner to join their dynamic team in London
As an Assistant Upload Planner, you will play a crucial role in the process of launching all items onto our client's platform, ensuring the shortest possible lead time to market and proactively streamlining processes for future growth.
Key Tasks:
Manage up to one direct report, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Create, allocate, and manage photo studio lists, effectively determining the workload for all teams.
Build high-quality uploads that not only meet customer expectations but also align with financial objectives and enhance visual merchandising output.
Uphold a strict schedule and enforce deadlines for all teams, while remaining adaptable to urgent priorities that may arise.
Conduct thorough checks before and after product launches to ensure smooth daily operations in all regions.
Maintain a deep understanding of our client's buying process and product assortment.
Troubleshoot issues and develop proactive plans to avoid repetition of problems.
Attend meetings with various teams to provide and receive updates on deliveries, uploads, and special projects.
Regularly visit the UK distribution centre and studio to foster relationships with key operational contacts.
Demonstrate flexibility with work hours, including early starts, late afternoons, bank holiday availability, and occasional weekends.
Provide support to the Senior Upload Planner and Upload Manager as required.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to think quickly on your feet.
A proactive attitude with a drive for continuous improvement and streamlining processes.
Familiarity with the fashion industry and a keen eye for trends.
