Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Client Lifetime Value Manager, on a rolling 12-month contract, to join a multinational, automotive manufacturer based in Goodwood.

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for supporting the strategy to optimise the client lifetime value potential. You will need to use data analysis to understand status across the client base and develop methodologies to enhance the financial potential for the business.

Location: Goodwood

Pay rate: £24.15ph

Standard working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5pm

Duties & Responsibilities

Define the company global strategy to enhance client lifetime value, managing key projects to enhance income potential.
Examine current purchase cycles and how new, non-vehicle related sale opportunities can be integrated into the client journey (touchpoints.) to enhance both client experience and monetisation of experience potential.
Ownership of global Business Management System to ensure all key stakeholders understand, can interpret and are sufficiently skilled (via training) to improve their profitability.
Responsible for Business Management Systems training, related tools, and reportingCandidate Specification

Degree level. Preferably in Business Management or Finance.
Commercially savvy
Highly numerate
Lucid and able to quickly understand intelligence and insights.
Financial understanding
Strong interpersonal skills, able to sustain relationships in different regions, time zones etc.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to simplify the complexity of the topic to a broader audience.
