In this Senior Scrub Nurse role, you can expect to:

Provide an effective and efficient service whilst ensuring optimum patient care. The post requires good communication skills and a desire to achieve the best outcome.
Support with the day-to-day management of the theatre department and work closely with the Clinic Manager to develop the theatre department and services.
You will develop your own personal skills whilst supporting new colleagues with their mandatory training and further professional development.To apply for this Senior Theatre Practitioner role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience working within a hospital theatre department within Scrub or Anaesthetics. To secure the top end of the salary you must have prior experience working within Ophthalmic Scrub. You must also have experience leading a team and supporting junior colleagues with their training & development. We welcome applications from the Private Sector and NHS across all specialities.
