Mobile AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Zone 1&2 – Van Mobile - £46,500 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting several Air Conditioning engineers to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract around Zone 1 and 2. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £46,500 with lots of potential for extra money with overtime.

Hours of Work & Package Information

Basic Salary of up to £46,500
Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
26 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Van & Fuel Card
Tablet & Work Phone Provided
Full company uniform 
Tons of overtime Key Duties & Responsibilities

Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
Pressure leak tests
Fault finding
Compressor changes
Braising
Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
Extensive building services knowledge Requirements

AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 
F-Gas qualification (Essential)
Electrical Knowledge (Preferred)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
