Are you a skilled and experienced Polymer Sprayer looking for your next challenge? or have experience in paint spraying or similar roles.Rubicon People Partnership’s client are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join their team working within the spraying workshop.

Main Tasks 

Being a Sprayer of the UK Production Team, helping to deliver quality product within target.

Preparing parts sub-assemblies & assembling speaker cabinets. Inspection and testing of products, packaging of the finished items.

Offer ideas to improve performance and throughput.

Mechanically minded, experience with assembly of both small and large products

Ability to interpret technical drawings.

Experience with hand and power tools, etc.

Operate within a framework of procedures and specific targets in pursuit of overall Sprayer department goals and objectives as defined by the Operations Manager

Work in a flexible and cooperative manner across all functions, always recognising that you represent the Company when on premises.

Work with minimum supervision and have a positive and proactive can-do attitude.

Maintaining a keen eye for detail and a high level of quality and working practices, adhering to applicable company procedures in particular Health & Safety.

Experience 

Experience of working in an assembly Sprayer environment
Experience of lifting using manual handling techniques and lifting equipment.

Training 

Specific training will be provided.
