They are seeking a talented Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Truck Driver (Late Shift) to join their team in Wetherby (LS23) on a permanent, full-time basis.

Late Shift - Monday to Thursday; 2:30pm – 11:00pm and Friday; 1:00pm – 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production lines are well-stocked with raw materials. Your responsibilities will include:

* Offloading materials and items from delivery vehicles

* Moving stock and goods within the warehouse using a forklift

* Checking products against dispatch paperwork and internal systems

* Assisting in maintaining a safe and organised factory environment

* Inspecting machinery for repair needs and performing safety maintenance checks

* Keeping updated records of inventory and activity logs

* Adhering to company policies and legal guidelines

* Helping prioritise workloads within the department or designated warehouse area

Working Hours

* Guaranteed 39-hour workweek with paid hours regardless of actual hours worked

* Monday to Thursday; 2:30pm – 11:00pm and Friday; 1:00pm – 8:00pm

* Summer Perk: Option to work longer hours Monday through Thursday for an extra day off

Requirements

* Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift license (In-house licenses accepted)

* Experience operating Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks

* Knowledge of safety regulations and proper equipment use

* Familiarity with paper trails and warehouse procedures

* Manual handling training for correct lifting procedures

* Knowledge of safe stacking procedures

* Preferably experience with AS400 computer systems (training available if needed)

* Ability to work well in a team and support department duties
