Responsibilities:
Our partnered school understands the importance of maintaining a consistent and engaging learning experience for all students, even in the absence of their regular teachers. As a supply teacher you will play a crucial role in filling these gaps, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm to different classrooms within the school. Your Responsibilities will include:
Lesson Delivery: Deliver stimulating lessons across various subjects and age groups, following the school’s curriculum and adjusting to the learning needs of each classroom.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, managing student behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt to different teaching styles, classrooms and student learning needs, providing stability during teacher absences.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff to implement lesson plans, ensuring an easy transition for students in the absence of their regular teacher.
Assessment and Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and assessment of student work, contributing to their progress.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS Check or be willing to complete one.
* QTS or possess equivalent teaching qualifications and experience in an educational setting.
* Demonstrate flexibility, with the ability to thrive in various teaching environments and adjust quickly to changing circumstances.
Additional Details:
* Hours: This is a part time position
* Salary: Competitive, based on the M1 M6 teaching scale, measured on qualifications and experience.
* Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
