We have registered an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to join our innovative client.

Starting as soon as possible, you will be providing exceptional support to the finance function with a focus on transactional tasks, reporting and assisting with process improvements.

A small finance team, who work collaboratively; they are seeking a like-minded and enthusiastic individual to support during this busy period.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Finance Assistant Responsibilities

Accurately processing the purchase ledger, expenses and reconciliation of credit cards
Supporting project work such as validating supplier information
Ensuring credit control is managed to deadlines
Monitoring Finance inbox and responding within agreed timescales
Ensuring all financial documents are filed correctly for auditing

Temporary Finance Assistant Requirements

As the Temporary Finance Assistant, you will have the following experience:

Previous experience in a similar Finance position and strong administrative skills
Sound knowledge of financial practices
Ability to communicate well with people at different levels
Highly numerate and analytical
High levels of IT literacy overall and familiar with Excel

Self-motivated and a strong team player
Ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
Location

Our client is located near Didcot (OX11). There is onsite parking.
