HANDY PERSON – MULTI TRADE - Porter

Temporary to Permanent, Monday Start

InVictus are working exclusively with a leading FM provider who are dominating the industry. They are looking to make an addition to their team for a handy person after an internal promotion creating availability for a great opportunity.

The role based in the embankment area is working within a commercial office carrying out reactive works and portering duties.

This temp to perm opportunity is paying an annual salary of £30,000 and has an hourly pay rate equivalent.

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Overtime opportunities available

You will carry out general fabric PPM's and reactive works such as;

Carpentry (Door work, locks, installing sinks & pipework)

Painting & Decorating

Tiling (Floors, walls and carpets)

Floor checks

Setting up meeting rooms

Taking deliveries

Lifting and shifting equipment and furniture

You will be expected to keep records of all work

You will need to understand health & safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role in facilities maintenance.

• Relevant qualification would be an advantage

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
